(OTCQX: VTYB) reported a net income of $1.3 million, or 66 cents per share (diluted), for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021, compared to $993 thousand, or 50 cents per share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. This represents a $343 thousand or 35% increase over the fourth quarter of 2020.
