Christina Hakes has joined The Victory Bank as a Human Resources Generalist, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in human resources and administrative support.
In this role, Hakes will contribute to key HR operations including personnel file management, onboarding, payroll and benefits assistance, training coordination, compliance support, and employee communications. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering responsive, people-focused service.
Hakes’ background spans both healthcare and corporate settings, with previous roles involving leave management, credential tracking, HR systems administration, and direct support to executive leadership. Her experience includes working with complex scheduling, regulatory requirements, and employee engagement efforts across diverse teams.
In addition to her professional achievements, Hakes has held long-term volunteer leadership positions within her community, reflecting a deep commitment to collaboration, hospitality, and service.
