A Message from our Chairman and Bank Leader

March 25, 2020

Dear Valued Client,

We’re reaching out again to keep you informed of some changes we are all facing and how they may impact your relationship with The Victory Bank.

The security and well being of our clients and employees has always been our top priority. With the changes in our country, we have taken steps to help protect your safety. As of Monday, March 23, 2020, our two drive-thru lanes will remain open during our regular business hours. Clients are finding it easy to conduct many transactions through the drive-thru, such as opening accounts, making deposits, and getting answers to questions. Our lobby is available by appointment only. If you need to access your safe deposit box or have other matters to handle in the branch, please call us at 610-948-9000 to schedule an appointment.

You can also drop off deposits or forms in our dropbox, located in the back of the building, using the drive-thru lane labeled “Night Depository.” This can be used at any time, day or night. Deposit/drop off forms are in the box, or you can simply write a note with your account name inside of any envelope, we will take care of the rest the next business morning and will send you a receipt upon request.

Our FREE Online Banking and Bill Pay will allow you to view your accounts, transactions, make transfers between your Victory accounts, manage person-to-person payments, and of course, pay bills online.

We also offer FREE Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit – All of the same capabilities as Online Banking and Bill Pay, with the additional feature of depositing checks right from your mobile device. Both services are available to you 24/7.

To start Online Banking, Bill Pay, or Mobile Banking, just give us a call. We will guide you through the simple set-up and show you how easy it is to use these services - no need to come to the branch to begin banking remotely. Please call us at 610-948-9000, and we will assist you in setting up and using any of the above services or answer any questions.

As we move forward, we will continue our commitment to you, helping in any way we can. Be sure to visit our Frequently Asked Questions for the most recent updates. Also, read about scams and how to protect yourself.

The Victory Bank is here for you…

Best regards,

Dear Valued Client,

With all of the news surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Victory Bank would like to assure you we are prepared and will be here for all of your banking needs. We have a pandemic policy protocol in place, which is tested annually.

We understand if you do not feel comfortable venturing out to public places. To reduce risks, we have taken precautions in our branch to increase social distancing, although we encourage you to use our drive-thru lanes if you need to come to the bank. Keep in mind that we have many services that will enable you to perform the majority of your banking remotely.

Online Banking and Bill Pay will allow you to view your accounts, view transactions, make transfers between your Victory accounts, manage person-to-person payments, and of course, pay bills online. We also offer Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit – All of the same capabilities as Online Banking and Bill Pay, with the additional feature of depositing checks right from your mobile device. To start Online Banking, Bill Pay, or Mobile Banking, just give us a call.

One of our retail team members will email you simple instructions on how to set it up – no need to come into the branch to have that done.

During turbulent times as these, it is important to be aware of scammers. Phishing emails with the subject of the virus will often have links to malicious websites or attachments that look harmless but could potentially try to steal your information.

Be sure to confirm a sender’s email address – lookout for grammatical mistakes and emails claiming to be from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) or WHO (World Health Organization). The Victory Bank will never ask you for personal information via email. All emails from us will always come from victorybank.com.

We are here to help. Call us at 610-948-9000, and we will assist you in setting up and using any of the above services or answer any questions.

Please refer to the "Meet Our Team" page for direct contact information for our Relationship Managers.

We appreciate your business and are ready to work with you through this uncertain time. Read Frequent Asked Questions.
