Victory Bank Announces: Liriano Earns Leadership Certificate and Vitiello Named MCC Alumni Chairman

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce Diana Liriano, BSA Analyst/Deposit Operations has successfully completed the Leadership TriCounty program offered through the TriCounty Chamber of Commerce. Diana attended monthly programs over the past 10 months designed to train and provide new and emerging leaders with the expertise to serve on non-profit boards. Diana’s chosen project was to evaluate and recommend expanding social media presence for the Salvation Army’s Pottstown Works located in Pottstown, PA. She also assisted in developing a marketing plan to reach those in the community who do not have access to the internet or other resources to source assistance. “My favorite part was to discover the many organizations which assist those in need in the Greater Pottstown community. I look forward to lending my time and continuing to make an impact! I would recommend this program to anyone in any role; it will help you develop your own leadership skills.”

The Victory Bank is also pleased to announce Bill Vitiello, Business Development Officer-AVP, has recently been confirmed as the new Chairman for the Montgomery County Community College Alumni Association. Bill begins a two-year term of representing 55,000 alumni making a difference in our community and workplaces around the world. The Alumni Association offers events and opportunities for alumni to network with each other and the student community. “I’m proud to continue Victory’s mission of community involvement with my new Chairman role. I look forward to continue giving back to the Moncto community which provided me so much growing up. I’m also eager to re-connect and meet new alumni!”
