The Victory Bank Hires Joseph Ball as Business Development Officer, VP

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Joseph Ball as Business Development Officer, Vice President, at the Horsham Loan Production Office. Joseph brings over 24 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales growth.

In his new role, Ball will focus on driving the generation of new deposit accounts while also increasing both consumer and commercial loans. He will work to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction, and promoting The Victory Bank’s full suite of products and services.

Joseph has a strong background in leadership and community involvement, having been actively engaged in various local organizations. His experience and commitment to excellence will be key to helping The Victory Bank continue its mission of providing outstanding service and solutions to clients.

Ball resides in Hatboro with his wife and three kids and enjoys coaching his kids in softball and baseball at the Hatboro Little League and where he has served as an Executive Board of Directors as the Vice President of Softball for the past six years. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hatboro Horsham Education Foundation and Eastern Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.
