Official Rules for the Maui, Hawaii Trip Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR
The Victory Bank, headquartered at 548 N. Lewis Rd., Limerick, PA 19468, is the sponsor of the Maui, Hawaii Trip Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of participation in the Sweepstakes. No purchase or submission to sales presentation necessary. Purchase does not increase chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of The Victory Bank and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate. Participants must be present at the drawing to claim the prize with their Sweepstakes Ticket provided when you entered the Sweepstakes*.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on April 14, 2025 at 8am and ends on June 6, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries must be received by 3 PM ET on June 6, 2025 to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter:

Open an Account: Eligible individuals or businesses who open an account at 100 Gibraltar Road, Horsham, PA, The Victory Bank branch, during the Entry Period will receive one (1) entry.

No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without opening an account, complete an official entry form at 100 Gibraltar Road, Horsham, PA 19044 branch and submit it during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Participants will receive a Sweepstakes “Ticket” with a unique number identifier that must be presented at the drawing*. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Maui, Hawaii, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $15,900, which includes $900 in taxes paid by the Sponsor. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize includes:

Five Night Maui Wowie Hawaiian Adventure with Airfare. Travel experience includes: 6 day / 5 night accommodations in a resort view guestroom at The Westin Ka'anapali Resort and Spa in Maui, Breakfast daily and all hotel taxes, $500 resort credit for dinners, drinks, spa treatments or other resort-based activities, $100 donation to the Maui Strong Fund, Roundtrip economy class airfare from any MAJOR city with an International Airport in the USA or Canada, A donation will be made on your behalf, and a Certificate of Environmental Stewardship will be provided in recognition of positive contributions to environmental sustainability that include support of plastic cleanup, tree planting, saving sea turtles, marine protection, wildlife habitats, or coral reef restoration. White glove service provided by your dedicated fulfillment concierge to book your experience package inclusions. This package is fully transferable, and all inclusions are for two people and may be customized to include additional nights, guests or upgrades at your own expense. All experience inclusions must be used and travel completed within 24 months of date of issuance and are based on availability (select blackout dates may apply). Please note that all requests must be received at least 90 days prior to your desired travel date in order to ensure greatest availability.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on June 6, 2025 at 5:45 PM, at 100 Gibraltar Road, Horsham, PA 19044. The winner must be present at the drawing to claim the prize, with their Sweepstakes Ticket provided when you entered the Sweepstakes*. If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn every two (2) minutes until a present winner is found. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow The Victory Bank to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or other issues compromise its fairness or integrity. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept all decisions of the Sponsor as final.

9. TAXES & LIABILITY
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes is governed by Pennsylvania law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.

11. WINNER LIST
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Victory Bank, 548 N. Lewis Rd., Limerick, PA 19468 within 30 days (July 6, 2025) after the drawing date.
