The Victory Bank and QNB Bank Merger

On April 1, 2026, The Victory Bank has been operating as a division of QNB Bank, bringing our organizations together as one company. We have been working behind the scenes to align systems, processes and operations so that we can smoothly transition Victory Bank customers to QNB Bank. Continue banking with Victory Bank as usual until the final conversion, making note of the important dates below.

Victory Bank customers were mailed conversion kits on May 20th which included a Personalized Conversion Letter, Welcome Product Guide, and Account Agreement Booklet. Customers with accounts under different EINs related to them may receive multiple conversion kits.

Monday, June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am: Victory Bank branches reopen as QNB Bank branches.

Monday June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am: Customers begin using your new QNB Bank Online/Mobile Banking with Bill Pay.

Important Victory Bank to QNB Bank Conversion Dates and Reminders

• April 1 - June 18, 2026: The Victory Bank will keep banking as usual and contact the Victory Bank for help with Victory accounts.
• May 2026: All Victory Bank customers will receive a detailed Customer Conversion Guide in the mail with important information about accounts, services, and what to expect during the transition.
• June 19 - 21, 2026: Victory Bank systems will convert to QNB Bank during the Juneteenth holiday weekend.
• June 22, 2026: Victory Bank branches will reopen as fully integrated QNB Bank locations. Victory Bank and QNB Bank customers will now have access to 14 full-service QNB Bank offices across Montgomery, Bucks, and Lehigh counties, and two loan production offices in Horsham, Montgomery County, and Wyomissing, Berks County.

Key Dates and Times Regarding Access to Your Accounts for Conversion

• Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 4:00 pm: Victory Bank branches close.
• Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 5:00 pm: Victory Bank Online/Mobile Banking with Bill Pay is no longer available.
• Monday, June 22, 2026, at 2:00 am: Your Victory Bank Debit Card is deactivated.
• Monday, June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am: Begin using your new QNB Bank Visa® Debit Card.
• Monday, June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am: Victory Bank branches reopen as QNB Bank branches.
• Monday June 22, 2026, at 9:00 am: Customers begin using your new QNB Bank Online/Mobile Banking with Bill Pay.

Additional Communications

• Online Banking: Customers with Online Banking will receive a separate communication prior to conversion.
• QNB Debit Card issuance: If your Victory Bank Debit Card has been active in the past 18 months you will be issued a QNB Bank Visa® Debit Card.
• Cash Management: For customers with ancillary services such as Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, or other similar advanced services. There will be additional transition communications

Helpful Facts

• Customers may continue to use their supply of Victory Bank checks. 
• QNB Bank's routing number is 031907790. Victory Bank's routing number will automatically transition over to QNB Bank's routing number. However, you should utilize QNB Bank's routing number for future transactions.
