The Victory Bank is proud to announce Kyle Carr’s promotion to Junior Credit Analyst. Carr started with the Bank in 2021 as an Executive Commercial Lending Assistant.

In his new role, Carr will analyze business financial statements, analyze collateral, and structure commercial loan requests.

Carr is a recent graduate of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. He was awarded the Leadership Impact Award in recognition of his commitment and dedication to excellence in the class.

“The best part of my job is the people I get to work with every day. There is camaraderie and teamwork, and that isn’t something I take for granted. Being able to contribute and assist both our internal and external clients has allowed me to grow into this role.”

Carr resides in Eddystone and is an outdoor enthusiast. He can often be found on nearby hiking trails with his wife.

The Victory Bank congratulates Allison Davis on her promotion to Junior Credit Analyst. Davis joined the Bank in 2021 as a Commercial Relationship Assistant.

She will perform credit analysis, reporting, and commercial underwriting for the Bank’s Commercial Lending Team.

Davis has customer service experience and is applying gained banking knowledge in her new role.

Davis stated, “I am very excited for this opportunity and grateful that I belong to a team that encourages growth and continued learning.”

Davis resides in Collegeville and enjoys crafting, thrifting, and traveling.

The Victory Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ronnie Singh Soor to Personal Banker II & Electronic Banking Specialist.

Soor started with the bank in 2020 as a Retail Personal Banker. He has eight years of retail banking experience and holds an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery County Community College in Business Administration. 

In his new role, Soor will continue to assist all clients by processing transactions, opening accounts, recommending banking services and products, providing exceptional service in-person and on the telephone, and support for electronic banking services.

“I look forward to this role and taking on the new responsibilities. It will be a great challenge for me, and I am excited to work with our current and new clients”, stated Ronnie.

Soor resides in Souderton.
