Stephens Named Banking Center Representative of The Victory Bank

Diana Stephens joined The Victory Bank to serve as Banking Center Representative. In her new position, Stephens will assist clients in achieving their short and long term financial goals.

Stephens formerly served as Branch Manager and Senior Personal Banker for Continental Bank. Stephens and her husband reside in Pottstown, PA.
