Mary Locricchio Graduates PA Banker’s Advanced School of Banking

The Victory Bank congratulates Mary Locricchio for graduating PA Banker’s Advanced School of Banking in late July.

Locricchio has been a Deposit Operations Specialist with the Bank since 2010.

She attended the Advanced School Banking completing the required three-year commitment. The program included one week of in-class training three times a year along with homework and projects in between the annual classes. In the program, students also learn about what is needed to successfully operate a bank, from customer service, bank financial information, human resources, marketing, and more.

 This certification is a testament to Victory’s commitment to providing continuing education for its employees and retaining experienced, knowledgeable staff. This strategy allows the Bank to provide exceptional service to our clients.
