The Victory Bank and QNB Bank Merger

On April 1, 2026, The Victory Bank officially became a division of QNB Bank, bringing our organizations together as one company. Over the coming months, we will be working behind the scenes to align systems, processes and operations so that we can smoothly transition Victory Bank customers to QNB Bank. During this time, you can continue banking exactly as you do today using Victory Bank's systems and services.

Important Dates and Reminders

• April 1 - June 18, 2026:  Keep banking as usual and contact Victory Bank for help with your accounts. Continue to check this resource page the latest information on system conversion.
• May 2026:  You will receive a detailed Customer Conversion Guide in the mail with important information about accounts, services, and what to expect during the transition.
• June 19 -  21, 2026:  Victory Bank systems will convert to QNB Bank during the Juneteenth holiday weekend.
• June 22, 2026:  Victory Bank branches will reopen as fully integrated QNB Bank locations. Victory Bank customers will now have access to 14 full-service QNB Bank offices across Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh counties, along with additional lending resources.
