Approval is subject to creditworthiness. The monthly payment per $1,000 borrowed at an APR of 6.750% for 120 months would be $11.48. There are no closing costs. Borrower must pay mortgage satisfaction fees at loan termination. Property insurance is, and flood insurance may be, required. For credit secured by a first lien, payments do not include taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, and the actual payment obligation will be greater.

 

Equity Choice - Home Equity Line of Credit - Interest Only

Equity Choice is a variable rate line of credit secured by your primary residence. Subject to credit approval and other factors. No annual fee. Property insurance is, and flood insurance may be, required. If only minimum periodic payments are made during the 10-year draw period, the outstanding balance will be paid during the repayment period. The repayment period is 180 months with payments due monthly equal to 1/180th of the principal balance outstanding at the end of the draw period, plus finance charges that accrued on the outstanding balance during the billing cycle. Borrower must pay mortgage satisfaction fees at loan termination.
