Billingsley Named VP Business Development Officer of The Victory Bank

Noel Billingsley recently joined The Victory Bank to serve as Vice President, Business Development Officer. In his new position, Billingsley will analyze clients’ financial situations and develop strategic solutions to meet their short and long term goals.

Billingsley formerly served as Relationship Manager of the Private Client Group, for PNC Bank. A resident of Pottstown, he is a graduate of Widener University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, Billingsley has earned NASD Series: 6, 63, and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
