You should have received an Online Banking ID and password at account opening. If not or you need assistance, please contact us, call 610-948-9000 or stop by the Banking Center.

You are allowed three invalid login attempts before the system locks you out. If you are locked out, please contact us or call 610.948.9000.

The Victory Bank adheres to strict standards to ensure the security of your financial information. The following are some of the standards we follow:

•Your financial information will never be sent via the Internet without encryption protection

•Login sessions will time-out after 10 minutes due to inactivity

•After three invalid login attempts, the account will be locked out requiring the bank be contacted.

In addition, we suggest that you review the Security Alerts section to review how you can protect your financial information.

Sign into your Online Banking account > go to the Settings tab and select “personal”. From there, you can change your user ID, password, password reset question and a password reset answer. If you are ever locked out again, you will be asked that question to be able to log back in from your desktop or laptop computer.
