We’re reaching out again to keep you informed of some changes we are all facing and how they may impact your relationship with The Victory Bank.
The security and well being of our clients and employees has always been our top priority. With the changes in our country, we have taken steps to help protect your safety. As of Monday, March 23, 2020, our two drive-thru lanes will remain open during our regular business hours. Clients are finding it easy to conduct many transactions through the drive-thru, such as opening accounts, making deposits, and getting answers to questions. Our lobby is available by appointment only. If you need to access your safe deposit box, or have other matters to handle in the branch, please call us at 610-948-9000 to schedule an appointment.
You can also drop off deposits or forms in our drop box, located in the back of the building, using the drive-thru lane labeled “Night Depository.” This can be used at any time, day or night. Deposit/drop off forms are in the box, or you can simply write a note with your account name inside of any envelope, we will take care of the rest the next business morning and will send you a receipt upon request.
Our FREE Online Banking and Bill Pay will allow you to view your accounts, transactions, make transfers between your Victory accounts, manage person-to-person payments, and of course, pay bills online.
We also offer FREE Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit – All of the same capabilities as Online Banking and Bill Pay, with the additional feature of depositing checks right from your mobile device. Both services are available to you 24/7.
The Victory Bank is here for you…
